IRF520 Breakout Module

With this module you can easily use the IRF520 MOSFET through the separate connections for power supply, switching pins and signal pins.
The LED on the module indicates whether the MOSFET is switched on. This board is particularly useful for controlling a large LED strip (a color) or a motor (in one direction) with the aid of PWM.

Pin descriptions:

• SIG: signal pin from the Arduino
• VCC: will not be used
• GND (3-pin connection): GND/ground/min from Arduino
• VIN: Input voltage MOSFET
• GND (MOSFET): GND/ground/min of input voltage
• V+: positive voltage for component to be switched
• V-: negative voltage for component to be switched
