Infrared Photoelectric Break Beam Sensor

A photoelectric sensor that uses a reflector to detect the presence or absence of an object. The sensor has both a PNP and an NPN output.

There is a button on the sensor that can be used to adjust the sensitivity. This is done as follows:

1. Make sure the sensor is aimed at the reflector and that there is nothing between the sensor and the reflector
2. Press and hold the button until the two internal LEDs flash
3. Release the button and the sensitivity is set

You can also set whether the sensor switches when there is something between the sensor and the reflector, or not. You can switch between these settings by briefly pressing the button once.
