This model can be used to create an extra 3.3V power supply from a 5V supply.  

Specifications:

  • Input voltage range: 4.5-7VDC
  • Maximum current: 800 mA
  • LED indicates if the module is powered

The pin names on the board indicate input voltage (VIN) and output voltage (VOUT) and ground (GND). This version is the 3 pins version.
Both the input and output are pin headers, so this module can easily be connected with dupont wires.
