Wemos DC Power Shield for D1 Mini

A shield to power your (Wemos) D1 Mini via a 5.5 mm DC jack connection or the included 2 pin 2.54mm screw terminal.
The shield has a built-in DC-DC converter that converts the voltage efficiently to 5V.

Specifications:

• Input voltage: 7-24V DC
• Maximum current: 1A
• Connection voltage for 5.5 mm DC jack or via "VIN" and "GND" pins with the screw terminal.
• Reverse polarity protection diode

*Note: 24V DC is absolute max! Beware of power supplies that a high output ripple, or a high start-up peak voltage, this can burn out the shield.

If you want to bypass the diode (for reverse pole protection), solder the soldering pads at "J1" together.

Pin headers and a 2 pin 2.54mm screw terminal are included with this shield
