M5Stack UWB Unit - DW1000

This is a UWB module for M5Stack. UWB stands for Ultra Wideband and is a communication technique that can be used for locating devices. With this module it is possible to determine the distance to another UWB module. For the time being, the module can only be used to determine a distance between another UWB module and can therefore not send any other information.

In order for the system to work, a minimum of two UWB units and two microcontrollers (for example M5Cores or M5Stick-Cs) are required, where one set functions as a base station and the other as a tag. With multiple base stations (maximum 4), the position of the tag can be determined in a 3D space via triangulation.
