M5Stack KmeterISO Unit - Isolated Thermocouple Temperature Sensor - MAX31855

The M5Stack KMeterISO unit is a thermocouple temperature sensor where the sensor is galvanically isolated. Internally there is an STM32 microcontroller that controls communication with the temperature sensor via an isolated connection. That data from the STM32 can then be read out via I2C. The included thermocouple can measure between -50°C and 250°C, this range can be extended with another K-type thermocouple that can handle a higher temperature range.
