NDP6020P Power P-MOSFET -20V -24A

This P-channel MOSFET requires a low gate voltage and is therefore more suitable to switch with lower voltages such as -3.3V and -5V.
Note: A P-channel MOSFET has a different operation than the N-channel MOSFETs that are used more often. Examples of N-channel MOSFETs are the IRF640 and IRLZ34N.
