This stepper motor driver module can be used separately or in combination with a CNC shield or 3D printer.
This V1.1 has the SPI pins soldered upwards so that they are accessible from above.

Specifications:

  • Voltage range(VM): 5.5-45V

  • Maximum current: 1.2A per phase (continuous, with cooling), 2.5A peak per phase
  • Works with 3.3V and 5V signals
  • Current limit that can be set with the potentiometer

  • Supported configuration via CFG pins or SPI
  • SPI pins are soldered upwards for easy access
  • Has StealthChop™ technology for quieter stepper motors
  • Has SpreadCycle™ technology for smoother movements

  • Pin names are listed on the top of the module
  • Comes with 20cm female-female dupont/jumper cables (4 wires) and small screwdriver for potentiometer adjustment

Note: The motor direction is reversed with respect to the A4988 and DRV8825 based drivers. You can make changes to the software or mirror the motor pins (hardware).
