You can update this E-paper screen via NFC. You can do this with an Android/IOS smartphone, provided it has NFC.

Note: Because this screen is large it needs more power to update, some phones do not supply enough via NFC. In that case, you can power the screen through the Micro USB port while updating it. The display's NFC tag sits around the center of the top.
