The TTGO T-Watch from LilyGO is a smartwatch based on an ESP32 with a built-in 1.54 inch LCD display with touchscreen and various sensors and actuators. The CP2104 USB to serial converter makes it easy to program, even as an Arduino. The T-Watch has a micro USB connection with which it can be programmed and charged.
