The SenseCAP Indicator is a development board based on an ESP32-S3 and an RP2040 microcontroller. The module has, among other things, a built-in display with touchscreen and Grove ports for connecting sensors. Also, the D1L variant can connect to other LoRa devices using the built-in SC1262 LoRa chip. The software is open source (see link below) and both microcontrollers can be reprogrammed.
