The Wireless Paper from Heltec is based on an ESP32-S3 microcontroller with an E-paper/E-ink screen. The USB to serial converter makes it easy to program, also like an Arduino. The board has a USB-C connection with which it can be programmed and/or powered (USB-C cable not included).
