EEPROM module with 256 Kbits of memory space. The module has the I2C pull-up pins built in.

This module has passed the inputs and outputs of the chip to headers and jumpers:

VCC Input voltage (2.7-5.5V)
SCL I2C SCL
SDA I2C SDA
GND Ground

WP Write Protect
A0 Set I2C address
A1 Set I2C address
A2 Not used with 25AT256 chip

This chip is compatible with the Atmel 24AT256.
