A 2.2 inch TFT display with 240*320 (RGB) pixels with ILI9341 LCD driver.

  • Works with SPI
  • With built-in SD card reader (connect separately to SD card pins)
  • Ability to solder SPI flash chip (3.3V only) at U3
  • Driver:  ILI9341 (or compatible)

Pin description for SD card and SPI flash pins:

  • SD_CS: Chip select signal (for SD card)
  • SD_MOSI: SPI MOSI signal (for SD card and SPI flash chip)
  • SD_MISO: SPI MISO signal (for SD card and SPI flash chip)
  • SD_SCK: Clock signal (for SD card and SPI flash chip)
  • F_CS:  Chip select signal (for SPI flash chip)

Note: The SPI pins for the display and the SD cards SPI flash chip work at 3.3V. So use a level converter if necessary.

The display can be used with Arduino together with the Adafruit ILI9341 library. (requires the Adafruit GFX Library)
This library can be downloaded in the Arduino IDE.

Works great! I got it working with Adafruit Huzzah32 (ESP32) and use the Adafruit_ILI9341 library with the graphicstest example. I changed it by adding these defines:#define TFT_MOSI 18 #define TFT_MISO 19 #define TFT_RST 4 #define TFT_CLK 5 #define TFT_DC 33 #define TFT_CS 15And use the following constructor to create the TFT object:Adafruit_ILI9341 tft = Adafruit_ILI9341(TFT_CS, TFT_DC, TFT_MOSI, TFT_CLK, TFT_RST, TFT_MISO);And wired the ILI9341 TFT to the Huzzah32:TFT HUZZAH32 ================ MISO 19 LED 3V SCK 5 MOSI 18 DC/RS 33 RESET 4 CS 15 GND GND VCC USB
