As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the invoice by e-mail. You can also find the invoice for your order in your account.
When the payment has failed, there are two possible situations:
  1. When the amount has been debited, we advise you to wait for 15 minutes. If you still haven't received a confirmation e-mail by then, please contact us by using the contact form below.
  2. When the amount has not been debited, we advise you to place the order again.
Please try to place an order again with the same or a different payment method. If this still does not help, we advise you to contact us by using the contact form below.
We will refund the amount of the returned order within 30 days after receipt of the return shipment.
