This is possible if the company meets the following basic conditions:
  • It is not a sole proprietorship or general partnership.
  • It is located in the Netherlands.
Does the company meet the above conditions? Then it is possible to request a business account with pay on account by following these steps:
  1. Create a business NL account via the registration page.
  2. Add the billing address to your account after the account has been created. You can add this address in your account at "Address".
  3. After your account with billing address has been created, you can contact us via the contact form below.

There are two advantages of a business account.

  1. You can pay on account with a standard payment term of 30 days.
  2.  On special request it is also possible to send purchase orders by e-mail.

Yes, it is possible on special request when you have a business account. When you want to request this, you should contact us via the contact form below.

Note, it can take up to 2 working days to process the order as this has to be done manually.

The form of payment for this will be payment on account unless another payment method is preferred.
