Where can I find my invoices?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the invoice by e-mail. You can also find the invoice for your order in your account.

My payment failed, what should I do?

When the payment has failed, there are two possible situations:

When the amount has been debited, we advise you to wait for 15 minutes. If you still haven't received a confirmation e-mail by then, please contact us by using the contact form below.
When the amount has not been debited, we advise you to place the order again.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

Please try to place an order again with the same or a different payment method. If this still does not help, we advise you to contact us by using the contact form below.
