* Payment on account is only available for Business NL accounts with payment on account. Click here for more information about requesting payment on account.
When the payment has failed, there are two possible situations:
- When the amount has been debited, we advise you to wait for 15 minutes. If you still haven't received a confirmation e-mail by then, please contact us by sending an e-mail.
- When the amount has not been debited, we advise you to place the order again.
We will refund the amount of the returned order within 30 days after receipt of the return shipment.
