Delivery

We have several shipping methods to choose from. You can find more detailed information on the delivery information page.
We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. When an order has been placed on a working day before 17:00, it will be shipped the same day. You can find more detailed information on the delivery information page.
The shipping address of an order can only be changed if the order has not yet been processed. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot adjust any shipping information for you.

When the address needs to be changed, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

In most cases the package will be returned to us and we will re-send it to the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the order back as it depends on several factors. Such factors include whether the shipping address actually exists, whether PostNL were able to deliver the shipment or whether the resident at the given address will refuse the package.

If you already have an account, you can change the address in your account. This will ensure that it will not go wrong with the next order.

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at TinyTronics. This option can be selected as a shipping method on the checkout page. After receiving the pickup confirmation e-mail with QR-code it is possible to pick up your order at our pickup location. This is possible every working day between h
Yes, however, this is only possible if an order is placed between 13:00-17:00. After placing your order with your billing address, you should immediately contact us by calling. We will then manually change the shipping address to the desired PostNL point.
Yes, however, it is only possible to receive the order the same day if you choose to collect the order yourself at our pickup location. Only if the order has been placed on a working day before 17:00, the order will be ready for pick up the same day.

Note, you can only pick up the order after receiving a pickup confirmation e-mail. Pickup is possible every working day between h.

We offer the option for you to pick up your order. After receiving the pickup confirmation e-mail it is possible to pick up the order every working day between h. The pickup confirmation e-mail contains a QR-code that can be used to open a locker containing the pickup order. If there is no QR-code in the e-mail, the order may be picked up at our pickup desk.

Standard mailbox post

+ Ideal for small orders
- Unavailable for larger orders

- Delivery might take longer
- Only available in the Netherlands
Following pick up, this shipping method is the cheapest, and it is ideal for smaller orders. Keep in mind that standard mailbox post is not traceable and we or PostNL have no insight into this either. We therefore advise to choose parcel post for "more important" orders, as with this method you have detailed track & trace information.

This shipping method actually has all the advantages of standard mailbox post, and on top of that it is also traceable. The package is scanned on a number of points, which gives a better idea of where the order is located. Note, the tracking information is less detailed than the tracking of parcel post.

Parcel post standard

+ Sturdy
- More expensive than mailbox post
This shipping method offers options for larger orders, your order is also packed extra sturdy and it is traceable. It is the most reliable shipping method, with the lowest  chance of delay. Note, this package can also be delivered to your neighbors and that it does not require a signature.

All the advantages of the standard parcel post, but now you can be sure that it will be delivered to your home and/or that a signature must be placed upon receipt.

The package is delivered personally at the door, but only after the recipient has signed. This way you are assured that your order will be delivered to the right person. This shipping method is free for all order over €250,00.

International Parcel

This shipping method is used for international shipments. The parcel is traceable and insured. 

Delivery issues

Standard mailbox post: PostNL claims that they will deliver mailbox post in the Netherlands within one working day, but experience shows that this does not always happen, especially in villages and distant cities relative to Eindhoven. For mailbox post, we therefore recommend that you take a delivery time of 1-3 days into account, which in some cases could take up to a week. Also keep in mind that mailbox post is not traceable and we cannot check at PostNL where your shipment is.

Parcel post: PostNL parcel post is usually delivered within a day, but in some cases it can take up to 3 delivery days. Possible delays can occur due to sorting errors, address errors or busy periods around holidays. Always take some delays into account so you receive your products on time.

International parcel: the delivery time for international parcels varies between countries. According to PostNL delivery usually takes 1-5 working days, depending on the destination. For the most up-to-date delivery times it is best to check the website of PostNL. Please take into account that these are just indications, delays can occur.

Has your order not been delivered within the indicated maximum delivery period? We advise you to contact us by sending an e-mail.

If you have received a damaged product, we advise you to contact us by sending an e-mail. Please state the order number and pictures of the damage so that we can help you immediately.
We advise you not to open the package, but to contact us by e-mail instead. Please state the order number and pictures of the damage. If you have already opened the package and any product is damaged, we advise you to contact us by sending an e-mail.

Once we have transferred your order to PostNL, the delivery is out of our control. Therefore, there is little we can do. For example, due to heavy strain on the postal services, it might be possible that your shipment is delayed. We advise to wait for a minimum of 7 days before contacting us.

Note that: there are several times of the year when it is very busy. Think of New Year, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Sinterklaas and Christmas. Keep in mind that the delivery time can take longer. This will always be clearly indicated on our site and at PostNL.

If you have received an incomplete order, we advise you to contact us by sending an e-mail. Please state the order number and the missing product(s) so that we can help you immediately.
