How can I place an order as a business customer outside the Netherlands?

You have to complete the following steps:

1. Create an account with the customer group private.
2.Contact us by using the contact form below.
3. We will validate the VAT number and if approved will convert the account to a EU business account.
4. After approval from us you can place an order with the EU business account.

Is it possible to create a business account?

This is possible for companies outside of The Netherlands, but inside the EU who have a valid VAT-number, however, it is not possible to create a business account yourself. We have to manually check the VAT-number and change the account to an EU business account. Therefore, we would like to request that you first create a regular account via the registration page. After your account has been created, you can contact us by using the contact form below.

What are the advantages of an EU business account?

The advantage of an EU business account is that you are eligible for intra-community supply. This means that no VAT will be charged on your orders.

Can I claim a VAT refund?

If you want to get a VAT refund you have to contact us by using the contact form below, containing your order number and request for VAT refund. We will then check if this is possible.
