When you cannot choose the option 'Pick up in Eindhoven' it could be that you entered a foreign address as delivery address.

Since the order will be picked up in the Netherlands, the Dutch VAT applies here. Therefore the delivery address must be a Dutch address before the option 'Pick up in Eindhoven' appears among the shipping options.

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at TinyTronics. This option can be selected as a shipping method on the checkout page. After receiving the pickup confirmation e-mail, mostly with QR-code, it is possible to pick up your order at our pickup location. This is possible every working day between 13:00 - 18:00h

A pickup order is usually made ready for pickup within 1 to 2 hours during our opening hours, Monday-Friday between 13:00 - 18:00h. As soon as you have received an e-mail confirming your order is ready to be picked up (often with QR code). Please note: the order confirmation is not the pickup confirmation!

The e-mail with the pickup confirmation usually contains a QR-code with which you can open one of our lockers. If there is no QR-code in the pickup confirmation e-mail, you can ring the bell at our pickup desk and a staff member will help you.
Yes, it is possible to return an order at our pickup location. Note, you need to have registered your return via the return form found at our website in advance.
No, it is not possible to place an order at our pickup location. Our pickup location is a pickup location only, as we are just a webshop. Therefore, it is only possible to place an order through our website.
